Qualifications of Warren Klutz, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, CCIM, MS, MBA

Bachelor of Science (BS), East Tennessee State University (ETSU).  Major in real estate and minor in military science.   ETSU military science program included Army flight training and was commissioned as Second Lieutenant, infantry officer, on graduation.  Training in military included Basic Infantry Officer Course and Airborne School.  Military service completed at the rank of Captain. Master of Science (MS) in Real Estate Appraisal from University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from King University, Bristol, TN. All but the dissertation completed in Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree program at East Tennessee State University. Awarded the MAI, SRA, and AI-GRS designations by the Appraisal Institute.  Awarded the SRA designation by the Appraisal Institute. Awarded the CCIM designation by the Certified Commercial Investment Institute.

Experience

Operated Warren Klutz and Company since 1975 with real estate brokerage, appraisals, consulting, and auction services offered.  Focus has been in the sale and appraisal of commercial, industrial, vacant land, and special use properties.  More than 150 miles of right of way appraisals have been produced for interstate, state, rural highways, pipelines, transmission lines, and rails to trails use.
